Hope you had a relaxing 4th of July if you celebrated it here in the US and if you didn’t I hope you had time to enjoy yourself this weekend too! I know many of you are dealing with the start of hurricane season on the east coast. I hope the storm passes quickly and you get some sunshine soon. Thinking of you. I spent today with some family blowing off some fireworks even during the day. I’m not sure the daytime was so smart cause you can’t see them but the boys were being boys and I went along with it. I love seeing people happy:) I made food for an army so if I could invite you all over I would. I am doing my booty camp workout video in a bit to burn the strawberry shortcake I indulged in off! Squeeze my buns tight so I can keep you all coming back for more.
