I went to a beauty appointment today that I had been putting off since September until I got vaccinated so now I am officially fully vaccinated two weeks ago, so I went to the appointment that I’ve been putting off today. It felt good. I still wore a mask while there and the spa took my temperature and asked questions which I like to see. It just felt good to do something that I used to do and take care of myself. We also signed back up to go to the gym again. Working out at home the past year has not worked for me well. I have to be in a gym or I just walk quit sooner than I should. I know it is self motivation but it’s better if I am at a gym. So starting tomorrow I am back in the saddle squeezing my buns and using the machines I have missed so much. This gym is quiet and way less people so I am loving that.
I watched the closing arguments today to get justice for George Floyd and I believe the prosecutor did a hell of a job delivering and giving reasons why Derek should be found guilty on all three charges. The video is plain as day so it will be simply shocking to me if there is any other outcome. So, now we wait and see what happens. In this case, to me, it just seems clear as day so I hope the right decision will be made and justice is brought to light.
