Another day to be thankful for. I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night but I feel happy and content. I truly believe happiness is from within. Yeah, we feel other emotions because of things that happen in our life or what is going on around us but we can choose to just be happy and calm. There are times when I get upset and I have a choice as to what I feel. It empowers you when you start to think this way. Yes, I am going deep with my thoughts today and not just my mouth. Ha! I wanted to share this thought because it helps me many times.
