My last live show for members included a very healthy protein shake! I know just how much you all loved my protein shake video so we needed a live sequel. The whole show is now up for members to enjoy now if you couldn’t attend due to having a life and living it. I archive all of them so you can live and get out there and enjoy life. Just log in and play when you are ready to. Although I love when you can make it to them live too! I love being watched live, it really is a turn on for me.

Aside from sharing naughty pics with you and trying to get you to join my site… my thought of the day is simply to live your life to the fullest and treat yourself and others well. I talked to an older man at the gym that I attend while I was doing my abs. I asked him how he was doing today and he replied, “I am blessed today, I am alive. There are a lot of crazies out there so everyday when I wake up I am blessed.” It struck me as to just how frightened people are now with all the shooting and tragedies going on. Even a tough, bigger, wiser man has been affected. It made me realize that we need to live our lives to the fullest and come together.
