Home from Sin City once again. This was the yearly trip for the last round of Supercross that my family goes to every year. That was the main reason for the trip. So mostly play. Would you believe me if I told you in the tome I was there for three night, four days. I only had one drink! People are always surprised that I don’t drink a lot when I go to Vegas. I have learned to have a blast without it. Not to say that I never have a wild night but it was nice to feel great every single day and do lots of other things. We went to Pole Position next to the Palms Place. It’s an indoor go kart race track built for racers by racers. Two of the owners happen to be some of my very favorite pro motocross riders too. So, it was nice to get out away from the computer and do many other things. Get away from my website obsession for a few days.

The Easter bunny is on his way Sunday! Growing up Catholic, Easter was always one of my favorite holidays growing up. I always gave up something for lent. One year was soda (well living in Ohio we called it “pop”) and my Easter basket was filled with coke along with lots of candy. When I look back my parents gave me many good memories. As we got older both my parents stopped going to church and practicing as things got strange in the Catholic religion. I still love celebrating the holiday and love bringing some of the same memories with my own family. Kind of weird, I know talking about Easter on an adult blog but it’s a part of my life. So many sides of my life which I love. I’ll have family over this weekend then the following week I leave for Las Vegas again for four days for play and just a little work but to me there is no such thing as work in Vegas!

I have so much I want to blog about so this will be a blog mix of all different things on my mind.

My dad came out to visit for about a week before he has another surgery. Many of you were asking on twitter what was going on, I touched on it briefly on twitter. During routine tests my dad was having they found that his right kidney has failed and then when they did surgery to see what was going on and why the surgeon found a mass above that kidney that he couldn’t get to that day. So, he will see another surgeon and doctor next week so until then we don’t know too much. I’m so happy we got a chance to spend a ton of time together because you just never know what life will throw at you. It makes anything else in life really not important when it comes down to it. He left to go back to Ohio Tuesday. I may plan a trip to go out to Ohio after I find out more details of whats going on.

So, yesterday Mia Lelani came to visit me here in Arizona. I had three live shows, two of them Mia was involved in. She has a great easy going personality. I wish you all could be with us on set. Back to a very serious topic for a moment. I’ve had some members and friends ask me my thoughts on what is currently going on with Lupe Fuentes. I debated whether to even blog about this because I have very strong feelings about protecting minors and adult content is for adults only period. I have done a Public Service Announcement even for parents encouraging everyone to use software to block adult oriented sites on their childrens computers so this goes against everything I believe in. The law is the law. I see people in our industry on forums boards debating ages and it just simply makes me sick. There is nothing to debate about. You HAVE to be 18 to be filmed on camera period. Stop debating. We need to come together on this. Things like this are the reasons why some people raise their eyebrows when I tell them what I do for a living. Just like any other profession, you are going to have people that break the law. I have seen it time and time again even with teachers. I truly hope people will realize that this goes the same for the adult industry, please don’t put us all in the same boat.

So, yesterday people were asking me specifically on twitter and through email what had happened since I was venting about my neighbors. I came home yesterday from running errands and one of my neighbors came over to mention that they had trouble emptying their pool and was just worried that their was water in my yard which was no big deal at all to me. Then, she mentioned to me that there was talk at a Halloween party about my family and it was brought up what I do for a living. Basically, there is a feeling that since we are in the adult business, some may not feel comfortable with having their kids over or around my family. It’s the most ridiculous, rudest, most judgmental thing I’ve heard in a long while. I thought America had come much further in their open mindedness and sexuality and understanding that its adult entertainment for adults only. Not to mention is a legal business. I am home from Vegas! It’s one of the blessings of having my own website. It’s really for my own entertainment! Thats how I know it will take a lot to ever walk away from any of this.
