Hi! Today was a very happy day. I got some great news that my dad will be okay. He has a long recovery ahead of him with having a long surgery and they had to make a big incision but the cancer was localized so that was so good to hear. Home from Sin City once again. This was the yearly trip for the last round of Supercross that my family goes to every year. That was the main reason for the trip. So mostly play. Would you believe me if I told you in the tome I was there for three night, four days. I only had one drink! People are always surprised that I don’t drink a lot when I go to Vegas. I have so much I want to blog about so this will be a blog mix of all different things on my mind.

My dad came out to visit for about a week before he has another surgery. Many of you were asking on twitter what was going on, I touched on it briefly on twitter. During routine tests my dad was having they found that his right kidney has failed and then when they did surgery to see what was going on and why the surgeon found a mass above that kidney that he couldn’t get to that day. So, he will see another surgeon and doctor next week so until then we don’t know too much. I’m so happy we got a chance to spend a ton of time together because you just never know what life will throw at you. It makes anything else in life really not important when it comes down to it. He left to go back to Ohio Tuesday. I may plan a trip to go out to Ohio after I find out more details of whats going on.

I’m home from Vegas. The trip was cut short due to me not feeling well. I’m happy to be breathing again! I felt like a fish without water. The lesson learned is to slow down and realize to take it easy when you’re body is telling you to.
