Ok.. so I’m not going to lie.. I’m a little tipsy right now. It’s been a long week so lets start the weekend a little early and have one while I blog. It’s a Michelob Ultra Pomegranate Rasberry. Getting back into my routine is hard to do after being away for a week in California. Usually when I go I never have time to visit beaches and just be a tourist so this trip was nice because I was able to do that. I really enjoyed Coronado beach area a lot. It was the first time I did real camping too in my toy hauler in the mountains on an Indian reservation. The first night was trippy to me because we were there really early for a race before anyone else got there so it was quite eery to be there alone at night. There was an animal walking on top of the toy hauler that night and I swear it sound big like a bear but I think my mind was running wild on me. I felt like a little girl again scared under the covers. Needless to say, I was happy when the sun came up. It was a good getaway from it all. I did feel a bit lost without being connected to the web constantly. Up there the connection was almost nonexistent. I needed it though.
On a complete different thought..It was good for me to be away while the verdict was read in the Casey Anthony trial. My faith is the justice system is so low right now. In my opinion you don’t need a photo of her actually doing the suffication to get a guilty verdict. I do not think the jurors were properly instructed at all. I was also another person that got caught up emotionally in the trial and case for years and I am just conmpletely dumbfounded that she is walking away from this.
In any event I am so happy to be getting back to what I love to do. I missed playing with you and guess what? I’ll be live for my members tonight at 8pm est! The Easter bunny is on his way Sunday! Growing up Catholic, Easter was always one of my favorite holidays growing up. I always gave up something for lent. One year was soda (well living in Ohio we called it “pop”) and my Easter basket was filled with coke along with lots of candy. When I look back my parents gave me many good memories. As we got older both my parents stopped going to church and practicing as things got strange in the Catholic religion. I still love celebrating the holiday and love bringing some of the same memories with my own family. Kind of weird, I know talking about Easter on an adult blog but it’s a part of my life. So many sides of my life which I love. I’ll have family over this weekend then the following week I leave for Las Vegas again for four days for play and just a little work but to me there is no such thing as work in Vegas!

So I got lucky in sin city during my live shows. But… that’s about the only luck I had this time. Hey… I’ll take it! Gambled some & went downhill the last day. The good news is I never go with tons of money. I bring what I wont be upset with losing if I do. Ive seen way too many people lose their lives over it. Its not pretty.

I’m home from Vegas. The trip was cut short due to me not feeling well. I’m happy to be breathing again! I felt like a fish without water. The lesson learned is to slow down and realize to take it easy when you’re body is telling you to.
I’ll be positive and tell you the highlights of my trip… I met a lot of members/fans/friends at the booth where I was signing for the show which I don’t do too often so it was really nice to get out and hug many of you! So, yesterday people were asking me specifically on twitter and through email what had happened since I was venting about my neighbors. I came home yesterday from running errands and one of my neighbors came over to mention that they had trouble emptying their pool and was just worried that their was water in my yard which was no big deal at all to me. Then, she mentioned to me that there was talk at a Halloween party about my family and it was brought up what I do for a living. Basically, there is a feeling that since we are in the adult business, some may not feel comfortable with having their kids over or around my family. It’s the most ridiculous, rudest, most judgmental thing I’ve heard in a long while. I thought America had come much further in their open mindedness and sexuality and understanding that its adult entertainment for adults only. Not to mention is a legal business. As I always say, sex and being in the adult business does not define a person. It does not make you a rapist, drug addict, child molester, any kind of illegal activity you can think of. I think you get my point. I’m so tired of feeling like I am walking around with the scarlet letter on. All I ask, if you happen to be reading this is to not judge a another’s life and think you know the way it is. To understand a man, you’ve got to walk a mile in his shoes, whether they fit or not.

Im back from Adultcon, an adult expo which was at the LA Convention Center this past weekend. I was happy to see many fans who had never been to an adult show before show up. This show is more of an inimate show where you can actually move around in the aisles without getting stepped on. I havent done this show is many years and was impressed with how it has grown over the years. I remember when it started out in hotel meeting rooms.
