Fall is sneaking up on all of us. I have smiles on my face because the heat in the desert in AZ is leaving slowly and it is gorgeous. I love being outdoors so much! I’v been walking miles daily sometimes twice a day if I can make time. Staying active and working out keeps my mind healthy too and I think is huge in being happy. I feel like our bodies are meant to move a lot and be active.
